A long-tail e-bike for hauling tools, groceries and a second human across town. Aluminium frame, every part designed to bolt onto it. Designed in Onshape, prototype done.
Overview
One bike, every accessory bolted to it.
Prague is hilly. Cars are expensive and we are students. We want a bike that hauls one of us, a second human, two backpacks of tooling and a Saturday market run, comfortably, without melting the rider on a 3 km uphill.
The frame is aluminium. The whole design philosophy is that every part — racks, battery box, kickstand, light mounts — is built to attach to that one frame. Designed in Onshape; first prototype is built and rolling.
Drive is a 1800 W / 48 V motor. Pack is a 13S8P Unit Pack Power assembly at 20 Ah, in-frame.
